Khalil was awesome! I pretty much only go to this car wash even though there are many other companies to choose from where I live. They’ve been here the longest and they were the first automatic car wash I ever tried! I’ve never had a bad wash. :)

I traveled approximately 20 miles from Madison County to visit this particular car wash. The attendant was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. Initially, I intended to only vacuum my vehicle, but due to his outstanding service, I decided to have it washed, despite the forecasted rain. The experience was well worth it, given his exemplary customer service. As someone who places great importance on customer service, I was thoroughly impressed. I will definitely return to this car wash, even if it requires a 20-minute drive.

Great wash and friendly staff. Ras customer service was great. I’m visiting from out of town and needed a quick clean before heading back on the road. They got me in fast and the price was fair. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through the area.

Been going here over a year and it’s just been getting worse and worse. If you do go here, just make sure it’s several hours after they say they open and several hours before they say they close, because who ever runs this car wash just does whatever they feel like that day. Also good luck trying to contact anyone in customer service, I’ve tried multiple times and never got through. Every 3 minutes on hold they’ll ask you if you wanna stay on hold and if you don’t answer it, it will just hang up on you. Think maybe you’ll try to put in for a call back? Well get in line, I’ve been waiting 7 months for one of those. I don’t even have to list all the things that are broken there either, just look at all the other reviews.

I used to like this car wash a lot. I even liked it so much i got the unlimited washes several months ago. Recently, there’s one vacuum that work and the one isn’t even fully functional. Most of the vacuums aren’t working and just lying on the ground. If my next visit is like this, i plan to cancel the membership. What a waste.
